Frequently asked questions
The aluminium cap is the only part of our bottles that we can’t reuse. This is a security thing – each cap has a one-use-only breakable seal to verify that it’s been newly opened. But you can recycle the caps as you would with other metal waste.
We will take unused crates with full bottles back; however we will charge for a minimum of 6 crates and 50% refund or credit for all full, clean crates returned. We can only accept complete unused crates, not individual bottles.
No, we only use glass bottles – to preserve the purity of the taste and to ensure that they can be returned and reused, in keeping with our environmentally friendly ethos. Plus, we hope you’ll agree that glass bottles set a much nicer swankier tone for any event.
You just need to arrange your empties back in the crates they came in and we’ll take them off your hands on a date we agree with you in advance, usually the following week. If your bottles are not collected on the agreed date please contact us directly.
Of course, it happens. And while we do our best to recover every bottle, it’s not realistic to get them all. We would ask that where breakages happen, you recycle – the second greenest outcome for glass bottles.
Yes, sampling is 100% possible if you would like to sample before buying or setting up an account, please contact us and we will organise delivery of samples within our catchment area.
