At Devonia Water, sustainability is at the heart of everything we do. From the source to the
bottle and beyond, every step of our process is designed to minimize environmental impact
and promote circularity. Here’s how we’re delivering naturally sustainable spring water —
the right way.
🌿 Reusable Glass Bottles
We operate a closed-loop system for our bottles — collecting, washing, and reusing them up
to eight times. This reuse model:
• Reduces glass waste going to landfill
• Cuts energy use by 94% compared to recycling
• Saves over 185,000 kg of glass to date
• Uses 16 times less energy than traditional recycling methods
Our glass bottles are produced by Encirc Ltd, a UK-based manufacturer with best-in-class
sustainability practices:
• ISO 14001:2015 certified Environmental Management System
• AA+ BRCGS Packaging Standard (unannounced audit)
• High recycled glass content, reducing reliance on virgin materials
• Robust carbon and energy reduction programs
• Active biodiversity protection and pollution prevention strategies
♻ Aluminium Caps
While our aluminium caps are single use for safety, they are fully recyclable and should be
disposed of with other metal waste. The caps are supplied by Pelliconi, one of the world’s
leading cap manufacturers, who are deeply committed to sustainability:

• Investments in eco-design and lighter materials
• ISO-certified manufacturing with low environmental impact
• Ethical supply chains and human rights standards
🌱 Eco-Friendly Labels
Our labels are supplied by Root Sustainable Labels, a certified B Corp™ committed to
sustainable packaging:
• Printed using FSC®-certified materials
• Options for biodegradable and compostable substrates
• Produced with low-emission inks and modern press technology
• Annual Impact Report published to track environmental progress
💧 A Local, Low-Impact Supply Chain
Our spring water is sourced from a protected aquifer in South Devon, just a stone’s throw
from our customers. This reduces road miles, lowers emissions, and ensures a fresh, local
product with minimal carbon footprint.
